About Us
Linda Dahl started working in equine graphics as a part-time favor to a friend who was starting an Arabian breeding facility. After about a year of trading graphic services for riding lessons, clients of the Arabian breeding farm wanted to know where they had their advertising materials created. That led Linda to start Dahl Graphic Design in 1993 where she worked part-time until 1996 when she began to work full time. The business has grown significantly over the years and has clients nationwide.
Linda Dahl has served on the Minnesota Horse Expo Board of Directors since 1994 and currently serves as Vice President. Dahl Graphic Design has published the Official Program of the Minnesota Horse Expo since 1995. Other horse fairs/expos recognized the quality of the program and the ability to solicit advertising. In 2004, Dahl Graphic Design published Official Programs for ten horse fairs/expos-one in North Dakota, two in South Dakota, two in Minnesota, two in Iowa, two in Wisconsin, and one in Illinois. Dahl Graphic Design has been approached by other interested state horse fair/expos.
Dahl Graphic Design creates custom logos, graphics and ad layouts and specializes in equine businesses. They are a one-stop shop that provides printing, embroidery, and silk-screening services. Check out the Products/Services page for some examples. If you don't see what you want there, just ask!

Linda Dahl has always loved horses since she was a little girl. It was a lifelong dream to some day ride and own a horse of her own. That dream came true when she bought her first trail riding horse-a Tennessee Walking Horse mare named Belle. She received the shock of her life the following Spring when she received a call from the boarding facility early one Sunday morning in May. They said, “Linda, are you sitting down? Your mare had a beautiful baby colt overnight.” Since this was my first horse, I didn't recognize the signs that my mare was bred. She had been getting fat but I was told that it was just a hay belly. The Sire was a Shire and I was blessed with a Warmblood colt that has taught me so much. We named him Moonlit Shocker (for the “shock” he gave us and also that he is half Shire and half Walker). We taught him to drive and we are now training and showing in dressage. Linda is continuing to enjoy trail riding her Walker mare and showing her Warmblood gelding.
Linda Dahl's years of experience with her own horses and vast contacts made through various equine organizations and horse fairs/expos gives her a wide base of knowledge that allows her to understand what your needs are. She is familiar with a wide variety of horse breeds and can create a graphic to look just like your stallion or particular breed. This unique combination of equine knowledge and graphic creativity gives Dahl Graphic Design the ability to create a one-of-a-kind eye-catching product that will allow your business to succeed!
